Do you globalers know who Emily is? Check her out...she's not real...Yet I wonder if she has something to offer the English classroom or any language classroom for that matter. Do you believe in Avatars? Are they the wave of the future? What about Holograms? In the near future I may be beamed across the world to a both real and virtual worlds. It can already be done. The question becomes: Do I want to be there in real-time with real-people or just hangout on some virtual island with someone somewhere sometime...? I don't know. It's a mystery.
