I read this book with great interest and I had looked forward to the film; however, I understand the concerns expressed in this broadcast, particularly the parents of the child actors. I read the book only to try to understand the culture of Afghanistan.

Great Sphinx of Giza - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

New English: If you are still curious about the water theory regarding the mystery of the Sphinx, visit this site--it provides similar information regarding the video clip we saw today. Do you think water could have caused the erosion or the wind. Or, do you ascribe to both theories like Natasha does, which also means you believe it is possible that the Sphinx is a lot older than most Egyptologists claim. Regardless, the Sphinx is awesome...I hope to visit it someday! Amerigo is fortunate!
